Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), personal data you share through this website (powerbidanismanlik.com) is processed by Power BI Danışmanlık as the data controller. You can reach us at powerbidanismanlik@outlook.com.
Personal data we process
When you fill in the contact form or reach us by email, phone or WhatsApp, the following data may be processed:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Email address and phone number
- The content of your message and the topic you choose
Purposes and legal grounds
Your personal data is processed to respond to your request, run consultation and proposal processes, establish a service relationship and meet our legal obligations. This processing relies on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: necessity for establishing or performing a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest.
Data transfers
Contact form submissions are delivered to our email address through a form delivery service provider, and our email service is cloud-based. Because these providers’ servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad based on the explicit consent you give when submitting the form. Otherwise your data is not shared with third parties, except with authorized public authorities where legally required.
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no content, including fonts, is loaded from third-party servers. Your light or dark theme preference is stored only in your browser’s local storage and is never sent to us. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical access logs such as IP addresses for security purposes.
Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable legislation, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and deletion or destruction where conditions are met
- Request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- Object to outcomes against you arising solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

You can send requests regarding your rights to powerbidanismanlik@outlook.com. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the same address.
