Migrating from Excel and legacy reports to Power BI

We bring reports scattered across files and tools together in one central Power BI environment, validating the numbers and keeping your users involved throughout the migration.

What we do

Report inventory

We map existing reports, their users and business rules, and decide together what to migrate, merge or retire.

Automating Excel reports

We turn manually prepared Excel sheets into Power BI reports that refresh automatically from a single source.

SSRS and paginated reports

We move printable, pixel-perfect reports to a central environment with Power BI paginated reports.

Migration from QlikView, Qlik Sense and Tableau

We translate existing calculation logic into DAX and data flows into a Power BI model.

Parallel run and validation

We compare old and new report numbers and don’t complete the migration until they reconcile.

User adoption

Short user trainings and documentation help teams adopt the new reports quickly.

Frequently asked questions

Ask a question

Will existing reports keep working during the migration?

Yes. The old setup stays in use until the new reports are ready and the numbers are validated, so business processes are not interrupted.

Do we have to stop using Excel entirely?

No. Excel remains a valuable analysis tool. The goal is to eliminate manual report preparation; you can still analyze in Excel connected directly to the Power BI model.
